We ensure meaningful access to our home care services for individuals with disabilities and Limited English Proficiency (LEP) through practical, economically feasible methods, including provision of qualified aides and interpreters, equipment redesign or auxiliary aids (such as large-print materials, qualified sign language interpreters, or video remote interpreting), and alternative service delivery locations. Structural modifications to our facilities are considered only as a last resort when other accommodations are ineffective. Free language assistance services, including oral interpretation in prevalent languages like Spanish and oral translation of vital documents, are available upon request to ensure effective communication.
