Our professional caregivers, who are exclusively agency employees, offer personalized personal care assistance that includes help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence management, oral hygiene, nail care, feeding, and mobility support such as ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and standby assistance for safe stair navigation and transfers. We also provide essential homemaker services to maintain a comfortable living environment, encompassing light housekeeping like bed making, vacuuming, dishwashing, closet organization, daily trash disposal, laundry, ironing, and linen changes, alongside practical daily tasks such as grocery shopping, running errands, pharmacy visits, checking food expiration dates, and arranging transportation or mailing letters.
Companionship forms the heart of our approach, where our cheerful companions engage clients in meaningful conversations, fun leisure activities like watching movies or gardening, walking assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, and support for planning daily schedules, vacations, or medical appointments. We facilitate telephone communication, provide hair care, lotion application, ointment use, and wound care monitoring, while supervising activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) to ensure safety and well-being. Respite care offers vital relief for family caregivers, allowing them temporary breaks without compromising care quality.
Our home services are designed to help consumers manage the effects of aging, illness, accident, or disability. Within the non‑medical scope, we assist with daily routines, help maintain a safe environment, and support consumers and caregivers in managing day‑to‑day tasks so they can remain at home as long as feasible.
We provide services through companions, sitters, and homemakers who support consumers with non‑medical needs in their homes. This may include supportive presence, monitoring, basic routine assistance, and household support consistent with the plan of care.

Service approach and coordination
We use a coordinated team approach to care and services. The Agency Manager:
Implements, revises, and updates a Plan of Care/Service for each consumer.
Schedules services and matches staff with consumer needs.
Supervises staff performance and coordinates team conferences to plan and evaluate care.
We also work to serve as a liaison between consumers and available community resources, helping address broader needs through referrals, follow‑up, and collaboration.
Personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, to ensure consumer needs can be addressed. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays), and an on‑call system ensures that a member of administration is always reachable. Consumers are informed during their initial visit how to access on‑call personnel and what to do in emergencies, including when to call 911 or their physician.
